A club season, today

A club does not lack tools — it has too many, and none of them talk to each other. The secretary's spreadsheet, the captains' chat group, the federation website and the president's binder each live on their own.

What ClubTT does

Every screenshot below comes from a fully synthetic demonstration dataset: no real club, member or result appears in them.

The club on one screen

Headcount, teams entered, what is coming up, player progression: the dashboard answers the questions asked at a committee meeting without opening anything else.

Your members, without re-typing

The roster updates itself: rankings, points, categories. Each record gathers the licence, the progression, the teams and the match history. A player arriving from another club keeps their history — it is the same person, not a record to recreate.

Rules apply before the match, not after

As the captain builds the line-up, eligibility is computed and the warning appears straight away — not the following Monday, once the match sheet has already gone. Eighteen table tennis rules ship configured.

No more chasing answers

Players enter their availability. The captain builds the line-up, sends the call-ups, and sees who has confirmed. Nobody has to chase anybody.

Results come in on their own

Fixtures, matchday-by-matchday results, pool standings and individual progression stay up to date through the season. A finished season remains viewable exactly as it was.

On tournament day, it works without a network

Draws, pools, scores and refereeing all run on a tablet in a hall with no wifi, then resynchronise when the connection comes back. Nine formats are available, from a straight knockout draw to a twenty-four hour marathon.

Club documents, filed

Minutes, rules, call-ups, statutes: a folder tree, per-folder permissions and a search. What was written last year can be found this year.

One calendar

Fixtures, training sessions, tournaments and school holidays in one place — and syncable with the calendar the club already uses.

Training and groups

Sessions, attendance, coaching groups, drills and coach notes. Driving a connected training robot is part of what the module covers.

On a phone, with nothing to install

The screens are built for a phone: a player enters availability from the sports hall, a captain checks the line-up in the car. Nothing to install, it runs in the browser.

What ClubTT does not do

Better said up front than in the second month. These gaps are deliberate and documented; they are not worked around with clever wording.

• Membership fees and online payments are not handled.
• There is no internal messaging: call-ups, availability requests and confirmations go out as notifications, but for conversation the club keeps the tool it already uses.
• There is no native mobile app — the screens fit a phone, but it remains a website.
• Association accounting is out of scope.

Under the hood

ClubTT is not a one-off build: it is a business application sitting on Kore, our application platform. That is why software aimed at volunteer-run associations arrives with fine-grained permissions, an audit trail and a full export.
